Exam Pattern for AIIMS NORCET 6th Nursing Officer Recruitment Bharti 2024

Exam Pattern:

Stage I: NORCET Preliminary

• Duration: 90 minutes
• 100 MCQs (20 on General Knowledge & Aptitude, 80 on Nursing syllabus)
• Negative marking: 1/3 marks for each wrong answer
• Divided into 5 sections, each lasting 18 minutes
• Qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST (with additional 5% relaxation for PWBD)

Stage II: NORCET Main

• Duration: 90 minutes
• 100 MCQs covering Nursing syllabus
• Negative marking: 1/3 marks for each wrong answer
• Divided into 5 sections, each lasting 18 minutes
• Qualifying marks: Same as Stage I
• Tie resolution: Based on date of birth and number of wrong answers/negative marks
