| Stage #1. Initial Screening: After submission of online application(s) does not guarantee participation in the selection process. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the number of applications received. Stage #2. Shortlisting Criteria: The number of candidates selected for the selection test will be restricted based on the marks obtained in the prescribed minimum educational qualification for the post(s). The shortlisting may tentatively be up to 10 times or more than the number of posts in each category for the written test. For skill tests, candidates may be shortlisted up to four times or more based on written test marks. Stage #3. Communication with Shortlisted Candidates: Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website and check their mobile phones for updates and status regarding the shortlisting of their names. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the selection tests. Stage #4. COVID-19 Guidelines: Candidates are advised to follow all instructions and guidelines issued by the Central/State government for the prevention of COVID-19 during the entire selection process. Stage #5. Vaccination Requirement: Candidates shortlisted for selection tests must have received double vaccination against COVID-19. No candidate will be permitted to enter the selection test venue without providing a vaccination certificate. Stage #6. Authority’s Discretion: The appointing authority reserves the right not to fill up any or all the post(s) if it so desires. The recruitment process can be halted or stopped at any stage without assigning any reason. |
