How to Fill RWF Apprentice Vacancy Offline Form 2024
Read the Notification: Carefully read the instructions provided in the notification before proceeding with your application.
Download Application Form: Visit the official website of Rail Wheel Factory at www.rwf.indianrailways.gov.in. Download the application form along with Annexures A, B, C, D, and E.
Fill Application Form: Complete the application form as per the instructions provided in Annexure A. Ensure all details such as your name, date of birth, etc., match exactly with your Matriculation or equivalent certificates.
Affix Photograph: Paste a recent color passport size photograph on the application form. Make sure it is duly signed/attested by you.
Payment of Fees: Enclose an Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favor of ‘Principal Financial Adviser/Rail Wheel Factory’ along with the application form. SC/ST/Physically handicapped/Women candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
Enclose Required Documents: Self-attest photocopies of the following documents:
10th Std/Matriculation certificate (or equivalent) showing at least 50% marks and date of birth.
National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT in the designated trade.
Caste certificates for SC/ST candidates (Annexure B) or OBC candidates (Annexure C) if applicable.
Physically Handicapped/Disability certificate issued by a competent medical board.
Two identical passport size photographs, one pasted on the application form and the other enclosed in a separate cover.
Discharge certificate/serving certificate for wards of Ex-Servicemen/for serving Railway employees (Annexure D) if applicable.
Employment Registration card from the respective Employment Exchanges within the State of Karnataka for Karnataka candidates or respective local employment exchanges for candidates from other states.
Self-Attest Documents: Make sure all photocopies of documents are self-attested. Do not enclose original certificates with the application form.
Submit Application: Submit the completed application form along with all required documents and the processing fee by post to the address mentioned in the notification.
Verification: Upon receiving your application, Rail Wheel Factory Administration will process it and prepare a merit list.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification. Any discrepancy found during this process may lead to the cancellation of candidature.
