Selection Process for SBI Bank Specialist Officer Post Bharti 2024

1. Shortlisting:
   • Fulfilling minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview.
   • A Shortlisting Committee will decide the parameters.
   • Adequate candidates will be shortlisted for the interview (subject to availability) by the Bank’s decision.
   • The Bank’s decision to call candidates for the interview is final.
2. Interview:
   • The interview carries 100 marks.
   • Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
   • No correspondence will be entertained regarding the qualifying marks.
3. Merit List:
   • Merit list preparation is based solely on interview scores.
   • If multiple candidates score the cut-off marks, they will be ranked based on age in descending order.
