1. Scientist/Engineer C (ME/M.Tech Based):
   • Part A: Discipline Specific (60% M.Tech syllabus, 40% BE/B.Tech syllabus)
   • Part B: Aptitude/Ability Tests (Numerical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, etc.)
   • Part C: Descriptive Questions (Technical questions relevant to the specialization)
2. Scientist/Engineer C (M.Sc Based):
   • Part A: Discipline Specific (75% core specialization, 25% allied area topics)
   • Part B: Aptitude/Ability Tests (Numerical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, etc.)
3. Technician B/Draughtsman B/Technical Assistant/Scientific Assistant/Library Assistant:
   • Written Test: 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in 1.5 hours (+1 & -0.33 marking)
   • Skill Test: To be conducted for 100 marks (qualifying in nature)
